Like everyone else, we are addicted to series, movies and shows, and we want to watch them every hour of the day, maybe taking advantage of the commuting or the lunch brakes.

Working with the entertainment and broadcasting industry represent a daunting task: there are few other sectors where the competition to stand out and shine is so fierce and the clients’ expectations so high.

We started our collaboration with the Italian branch of the company two years ago starting with a CX assessment and improvement of one of their platform, and we are still running projects nowadays.

Our main goal is to boost the experience lived by their clients and use the latest technologies to mould the future broadcasting experience.
